MD Drawing Pen – 0.1 mm, Black
The MD Drawing Pen is the natural extension of the MD Notebook experience into the realm of ink drawing and detailed illustration. Designed specifically to complement MD Paper, it uses water-based pigment ink that resists bleeding and feathering on the smooth cream surface — and because the ink is water-resistant once dry, it can be used freely alongside watercolour washes, markers, and other wet media without the lines lifting or running. The 0.1 mm tip is the finest in the MD Drawing Pen range, delivering hairline strokes suited to technical detail work, fine lettering, precise annotation, and intricate illustration.
The cream-coloured resin barrel is colour-matched to MD Paper and MD Notebooks, giving it a natural visual unity when placed on the desk alongside the rest of the MD range. The pen tip is firm and stable, performing consistently under both light and firm pressure — particularly useful for those who write or draw with a heavier hand. A solid line printed on the barrel indicates the tip width, making it easy to identify the size at a glance without removing the cap. Also available in 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm.
